This New York native is definitely about to be a menace in the game. With her hard hitting lyrics and classic New York boom bap sound, it’s safe to say that ScarLip is about to be a force on the airwaves.
With her first mainstream hit “This is New York,” the Bronx rapper changed the game up. Her lyrics are are raw and gritty, giving that 90s New York feel. With her deep voice and growling ad libs, her sound is reminiscent of the late DMX and just as unique. She definitely is the one to watch.
